1. Service Description

BotPlot is an AI chatbot platform that allows users to build, train, and deploy custom chatbots on their websites and messaging channels. By using BotPlot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use BotPlot. You are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each account is intended for use by a single person and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BotPlot to host or distribute illegal content, engage in abuse or spam, reverse engineer any part of the platform, scrape data from the service, or distribute malware or harmful content via your chatbot. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed through Paddle on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with BotPlot within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@botplot.app and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds apply to:

• First-time purchases of Pro or Business plans
• Annual plan purchases within 30 days of payment

Refunds do not apply to:

• Renewals after the initial 30-day period
• Partial months or unused message credits

To request a refund, email support@botplot.app with your account email and we will process it within 5 business days.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BotPlot. BotPlot stores conversation data, knowledge sources, and visitor interactions in order to provide the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve AI quality and platform performance.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated responses are automated and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. BotPlot chatbots do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before relying on them or presenting them to your end users.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the content you upload to BotPlot, including knowledge sources and training data. BotPlot owns the platform, brand, and underlying technology. The widget embed code provided by BotPlot may not be modified or altered without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BotPlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you have paid to BotPlot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon request, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing any other remedy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
